“I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to Substack, Inc. for their professional and fair review of the recent complaints filed against my investigative report titled: ‘Special Report: The Octopus of Corruption; Dissecting the Hashiminia, Agdashloo Network and Ejei Financial Cartels.’
The complainants, Ms. Mozheh Izadpanah and Tara Agdashloo, falsely claimed that legal proceedings had been initiated against me and that I was legally prohibited from publishing content regarding their activities.
However, through the legal representation of my attorney, Ms. Tina Saghafi, we provided comprehensive evidence documenting the fraudulent activities and deceptive practices of these individuals. As the complainants failed to provide any evidence of an actual court case within the legal timeframe, Substack has correctly restored all my posts.
This outcome is a victory for investigative journalism and a clear message that legal tools cannot be misused to silence the truth. We thank Substack for standing by the principles of free speech and protecting journalists from malicious censorship.”
